Dr Wagstaff provides first class care to all her patients no matter what the problem. She takes the time it takes to assess the patient and this can sometimes have a knock on effect with appointment times. She is conscientious and caring and faultless in my opinion.

ridiculous I've never seen anything like it a 6day old baby and because she's not registered on the doctors system and until then can't be seen because they send a list into doctor when they turn up !!!!!! 9.30am in todays case Pen and paper write a note put it on doctots desk 6DAYS OLD POORLY BABY and get this response UNREAL what you going to do if your full computer systems go down GOD FORBID u have to pick a pen up and start writing Receptionist today was ignorant yes I was a bit abrupt but who wouldn't if your name ain't down u can't see docs at 6 days old come on !!!! Also what wants noting is we have 1 doctor and still our own village ppl are struggling to get appointments when you've registered ppl from goldthorpe mexborough bolton it's stupid

I phoned for the prescription of my husband a Friday , i went to pick it up Thursday the fallowing week, only one prescription was ready, the receptionist order the rest of the prescription, and said i can pick it up the next day which is Friday. on the fallowing week Tuesday, i phoned again asking if the prescrIption is ready, as she promise me that it well be ready the next day. receptionist is not ready yet untIl this afternoon.i am not happy about it, they are not as helpful as they were normally does.

I've been with this doctors for 20 years and now cannot get an appointment even with ringing at 8-08 in the morning told full up How ? You cannot book in advance its got to be first thing in the morning so? 8-08 all ready booked up

Nurse appointments throughout the day and after 5:00. More available appointments-who can wait 2 weeks to see a doctor when ill? No advice is given on what to do/where to go from receptionists. Dr Fernandez is fantastic! She is really thorough.
